RANK RECRUIT The Recruit is an entry rank into the Drifters team. You simply must show interest in becoming a Full Team member. You must be willing to abide by the Drifters Core Values at events and you must be willing to follow Drifter Team Leadership at events.
SHOOTER
The Shooter is a Full Team Member. To become a Shooter you must have played in at least 3 events with the Drifters, adopt the Drifters Basic Uniform and adopt the Drifters Core Values: Fellowship, Sportsmanship and Leadership. As a Shooter you must take the Fire Team Training course, at events participate as a member of a Fire Team and finally, carry out additional assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by a Team Sergeant, Team Officer or Team Captain.

Shooter Combat Roles Fire Team Member - You serve as a rifleman of a Fire Team. You work with fellow Drifters as part of a team at events. Specialist - When you are interested in becoming a specialist you can choose to practice in the various specialist roles as needed, but your primary responsibility is to first serve as a rifleman of a Fire Team. You should seek out other specialists of your area of interest and learn from their knowledge and experience.
