TEAM OFFICER

The Team Officer is a Team Leadership role that leads the Drifters at events or carries out staff roles. To become a Team Officer you must be nominated by a Team Officer or Team Captain and be elected to the rank of Team Officer by the Team Captains.

Team Officer Combat and Support Roles

Team Officers must be able to fulfill all of the following:

Team Sergeant - You are able to fulfill all the roles of the Team Sergeant position.

Team Leader - You are able to lead the Drifters Team at events. You are the primary person who coordinates the movement of multiple squads at events. You are the primary person who motivates the team to take action. You have full authority to lead the team to the best of your ability.

Team Liaison - You are the primary person who interacts with event coordinators, field staff, referees and other team leaders on the field when a Team Captain is not present. If there is an issue between a team member and any other person you are the primary go between.
