RANK TEAM SERGEANT
The Team Sergeant is a Team Leadership role that leads a squad at events or carries out staff roles. To become a Team Sergeant you must be nominated by a Team Officer or Team Captain and be elected to the rank of Team Sergeant.

Team Sergeant Combat and Support Roles Team Sergeants must be able to fulfill all of the following: Specialist - You are able to fulfill two specialist combat roles and one support role. Squad Leader - You are able to lead a squad at events. You are the primary person who coordinates the individual movement of a squad. You are the primary person who motivates individuals to take action in a squad. You are the primary person who trains individuals in the heat of battle. You have full responsibility to lead your squad to the best of your ability. Trainer - You are able to lead and train other team members to the Fire Team Training course.
